These Life Journey Solutions, LLC Text Message Terms and Conditions ("Text Message Terms") are between you and Life Journey Solutions, LLC, including its past, present, and future parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, predecessors, assignees, successors, and their respective agents, employees, directors, officers, partners, and members (whether acting in their corporate or individual capacity) ("Life Journey Solutions, LLC," "we," or "us"), with a principal place of business at Fort Meade, MD 20755.

These Terms have the same effect as a written agreement and govern your participation in Life Journey Solutions, LLC’s Text Message Program, which includes sending and/or receiving SMS messages with Life Journey Solutions, LLC.

BY PARTICIPATING IN LIFE JOURNEY SOLUTIONS, LLC’S TEXT MESSAGE PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.

Life Journey Solutions, LLC’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use also apply and are incorporated into these Text Message Terms. By participating, you acknowledge you have read and agreed to all related terms.

ARBITRATION NOTICE

BY PARTICIPATING, YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE ALL DISPUTES WITH LIFE JOURNEY SOLUTIONS, LLC THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND WAIVE YOUR RIGHTS TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR JURY TRIAL.

This includes any dispute regarding federal or state statutory violations, torts, contract interpretations, and enforcement of these Terms. Arbitration shall follow the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and Life Journey Solutions, LLC will reimburse up to $300 of your filing fee. This clause is governed by federal law under the Federal Arbitration Act, and any remaining terms shall be governed by the laws of Maryland.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not participate in the Text Message Program. Life Journey Solutions, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued participation signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. About Life Journey Solutions, LLC Text Messages

This program is used to communicate service updates, appointment reminders, educational resources, and promotional offers to users who have provided prior express written consent. Consent may be given via electronic signature, as defined under the E-SIGN Act. Life Journey Solutions, LLC does not send spam.

3. Consent to Receive Messages

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
